Sara Hylton is an impactful leader with over 20 years of experience guiding the daily operations of private corporations and non-profit organizations. Through various leadership positions on volunteer boards and church committees and formerly as a cheerleading coach, this diverse experience has equipped her with the skills to lead people at all levels, from children to executives, while remembering to take time for fun. She can quickly and effectively recognize the actions that need to be taken to complete projects while modeling perseverance, compassion, and levity to maximize a team’s potential. Sara is consistently recognized as the one who gets it done and the person you want in your corner. A native of the Chicago area, Sara received her undergraduate degree from Belmont University and her master’s degree from Cumberland University. Sara and her husband, Andy, live in Franklin and have a son and daughter who are in college. As passionate supporters of college football, you will find the Hylton family in the stands every Saturday, cheering on their favorite football team.
